Our annual Albury show is just around the corner. We’ll be at the delightful LibraryMuseum on Saturday evening 16 September as guests of the ever-welcoming Write Around the Murray festival.

Writers joining us to share songs that have shaped their lives are WAM festival guests Rijn Collins, Paul Dalgarno, Debra Dank, and Irma Gold. There will also be stories from band members Chris, Martina and David, the show’s director Vin, and newcomer Gemma Keating.

Lots more details on the WAM website.

Debra Dank

‘There was always a Slim Dusty song playing. Always’.

Irma Gold

‘I make a friend called Rochelle and we spend lunchtimes in the shelter sheds, pretending to be Madonna.’

‘It seemed that every single ‘cool’ schoolboy with a guitar was playing and singing a catchy, folksy, pop tune that I didn’t know.’
