Here’s a preview of one of the songs we’ll be performing at Tempo Rubato in Brunswick on Saturday 30 November.
The players are David Barton on piano, Matt McGrath on percussion, Julie Merritt on accordion, Laura Sheridan on cello, and David Oke on alto saxophone.
The set list will include songs by Asso/Monnot/Rome, Cave, Fripp, Kelly, Harrison, McCartney, Mraz, Schultz/Liep/Connor, Springsteen, Warren/Brooks, Webb and Zevon.
And the stories? They will be by Annette Trevitt, Lucia Nardo, Smokie Dawson and band members Martina Medica and Gemma Keating, with director/MC Vin Maskell chiming in as well.
