After the success of our book launch gig in March, we return to the writers’ festival circuit with our annual concert at the Williamstown Literary Festival on Friday 12 June.

Our storytellers this year include newcomers Maxine Beneba Clarke, Donna Jackson, Konker Malual and Lisa Moule. Alongside them will be festival favourites Darren Smokie Dawson, Andy Griffiths and Lucia Nardo.

Their stories and poems will be backed by the eight-piece Stereo Stories band, the ever-evolving ensemble of troubadours dedicated to the challenges and rewards of presenting music and memoir on stage. For Williamstown, the band’s considerable versatility will see it playing Afro jazz, punk, emo, rap, Oz pop, and more. (Even a song from a musical!)
