Luke Davies benefit gig – booked out.

The Luke Davies benefit gig on Sunday 7 October in Wangaratta is booked out. Luke had a stroke earlier this year and now musicians from Melbourne, Wangaratta, Bright and Beechworth are banding together to help him out. It will be a hell of a show.

There is also a GoFundMe campaign organised by Melbourne musician Helen Begley. Chip in if you can.

Luke became part of the Stereo Stories band after seeing the tail end of just our second show, in 2014 at the Newport Folk Festival. He wrote some stories about his love of blues music, we invited him onstage in 2015 at Newport and the affinity just flowed from there. He was instrumental in getting us gigs in Wangaratta (2017) and Albury (2016, 2017, 2018).
